Alumni From Your Area Can Tell You …

Students from throughout California, Nevada, Texas, and Washington come to King and love what they find. Not only can you attend, graduate, and find quality employment in our region, you can thrive.

The Tri-Cities region of Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia occupies areas of the Blue Ridge and Smoky Mountains. With four distinct seasons, generally mild temperatures, and beautiful landscapes, it’s a place that feels like home.

Around a half-million people live here, spread among three cities. It’s small enough to be welcoming, but busy enough to offer diverse shopping, entertainment, music, racing, and more. Combined with a low cost of living and numerous outdoor activities, opportunities abound.
