Biography

Richard Rose serves as King’s Program Coordinator and Professor of Sport Management, where he develops curriculum, advises students, and recruits and mentors faculty. In the past he has served as Head Men’s Soccer Coach for both King and for Virginia Military Institute (VMI), helping individuals achieve their personal goals and function together as a team.

 

A graduate of Lander University, he received his master’s degree in Recreation and Sport Sciences at Ohio University and has earned his doctorate in Global Sport Leadership from East Tennessee State University.
