BRISTOL, Tenn., March 25, 2019 — King University will sponsor “The Future of the Liberal International Order,” a panel discussion featuring area political science faculty members, on Tuesday, April 2, at 7 p.m.

Sponsored by the King Institute of Security and Intelligence Studies, the panel will feature Eric Drummond Smith of The University of Virginia’s College at Wise, Amy Edmonds of Milligan College, and Gail Helt of King, who directs the Institute. The panelists will address pressing issues, including the future of democracy and human rights in the wake of American retrenchment, the implications of a rising China, and America’s role in the international community.
