How It Works
- Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise is available to all eligible enrolled King University students at no cost through the Microsoft 365 Education A5 Student Use Benefit.
- Install Microsoft 365 mobile apps on up to 5 tablets and 5 smartphones, plus desktop apps on up to 5 Windows PCs or Macs.
- Microsoft 365 applications are available individually from the Apple App Store. Install the applications you need, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and OneDrive.
- Always sign in with your King University student email account. If Microsoft asks you to choose an account type, select Work or School account.
Getting Started
Note: These instructions work for the iPhone/iPad.
- Open the Apple App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
- Search for the Microsoft application you want to install, such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft OneNote, or Microsoft OneDrive.
- Select Get to download and install the application.
- Open the Microsoft application and select Sign in.
- Enter your King University student email account and select Next.
- If prompted to choose an account type, select Work or School account.
- Complete any King University authentication prompts.
- Choose your notification and privacy preferences when prompted. The application is now connected to your King University Microsoft 365 account.
- If you want to install additional Microsoft apps, repeat these steps for each app.
