How It Works

• Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise is available to all eligible enrolled King University students at no cost through the Microsoft 365 Education A5 Student Use Benefit.
• Install Microsoft 365 mobile apps on up to 5 tablets and 5 smartphones, plus desktop apps on up to 5 Windows PCs or Macs.
• Microsoft 365 applications are available individually from Google Play. Install the applications you need, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and OneDrive.
• Always sign in with your King University student email account. If Microsoft asks you to choose an account type, select Work or School account.

Getting Started

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Search for the Microsoft application you want to install, such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft OneNote, or Microsoft OneDrive.
3. Select Install.
4. Open the Microsoft application and select Sign in.
5. Enter your King University student email account.
6. If prompted to choose an account type, select Work or School account.
7. Complete any King University authentication prompts. The application is now connected to your King University Microsoft 365 account.
