Mandie Roberts began her service in King’s Undergraduate Admissions Department in 2016 as a Campus Visit Coordinator, where she planned and executed visits for potential students.
She took her commitment to serving students very seriously.
“I had the honor of being the first impression new students and their families had of King University,” she says.
An Army veteran who served from 1997 – 2005, she’s the friendliest former Drill Sergeant you’ll ever meet. In her time with King, she has previously served as Enrollment Counselor, and Coordinator of International Recruitment and Dual Enrollment, and Assistant Director of Undergraduate Recruitment.
“It’s a privilege to work with students and their families as they start the path to higher education, and help them with their college search process,” Mandie said.
A 2018 graduate of King, Mandie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication.
She also served as the Children’s Director at Avoca Christian Church in Bristol, Tennessee, for five years and as the president of the Parent Teacher Organization of District 103 in Bristol, TN for seven years.
Mandie and her husband are the parents of four children. She enjoys fishing at the ocean with her husband, never wavering in her hope to catch Jaws.
