Transfer Equivalency Self-Service Instructions

  • Select the college or university attended under “School” section.
    • Multiple courses from multiple institutions may be added to this section.
    • The initial institution selected will auto-populate in the “School” section, but may be changed by choosing the drop-down arrow.
  • Once the institution is selected, all approved transfer courses from that institution will population in the “Courses” section.
  • Select the appropriate course, if available.
    • If the course is not listed, select “My course is not listed”.
      • If a course is not listed, please review the Petition for Acceptance of Transfer Credit section to submit a petition to request transfer of credit.
    • Once a course is chosen, it will populate below with the equivalent course.
    • To add more courses, select “Add Another Course”.
      • The initial institution selected will auto-populate in the “School” section, but may be changed by choosing the drop-down arrow.
    • As each course is chosen, the list will grow at the bottom and each course selected will remain at the top of the screen.
    • Once all courses are selected, please feel free to print the unofficial review for reference.

Print Options

  • Print entire webpage
    • This will include each course selected
    • Several pages will be printed
  • Print Selection
    • Highlight equivalency area at bottom and select Print
    • If not already chosen, click “Print Selection Only” to print the equivalencies as highlighted
  • Snipping Tool
    • Utilize the Snipping Tool to select a section of the screen to either save as a PNG file OR to copy and paste in another document (i.e., Word, email document)
