E.W. King Library Hosts Open House Jan. 19 to Reveal Stair Riser Artwork

BRISTOL, Tenn., Jan. 18, 2016 – The librarians of the E.W. King Library at King University invite you to an open house on Tuesday, Jan. 19 from 12 noon to 2 p.m., for refreshments and a reveal.

At 12:30 p.m., the latest King University art project will be unveiled. The project, stair riser artwork, was both conceived by students and created by students and will be permanently displayed.

During the open house, attendees will have the opportunity to sample food all of the food venues on King’s main campus including Food for Thought, Dippers, and the Java Bean.

“The library staff along with members of King’s Digital Media Art & Design (DMAD) program are excited to share with the King community the newest addition to the E.W. King Library,” says Brammer. “We hope everyone will be as delighted with the final product as we are, and we hope to see you Tuesday!”
