Open House to be Held July 28 at King University’s Knoxville Campus

KNOXVILLE, Tenn., July 21, 2016 – King University will host an Open House on Thursday, July 28 from 5 - 7 p.m. at the University’s Knoxville campus located at The Village at Hardin Valley at 10950 Spring Bluff Way, Knoxville, Tenn.

“Our GPS program is tailored to reduce the challenges facing the adult learner,” stated Kristi Reynolds, assistant vice president of GPS Enrollment Management Knoxville for King University. “Time and access is often a barrier for students to finish their degrees. This Open House will provide the opportunity to meet one-on-one with faculty, financial aid representatives, enrollment counselors, library services, student affairs, and career center advisors. Those attending will also tour King’s recently expanded Knoxville campus.

The fall 2016 GPS degree offerings at the Hardin Valley campus includes degree options in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Elementary Education (K-6 licensure), Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Interdisciplinary Studies, Communication, Psychology, and Nursing. Master’s degree programs include Business Administration, Education, as well as the Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with program concentrations in Nursing Administration, Nurse Educator, and Family Nurse Practitioner. A post-master’s certificate is available for the Family Nurse Practitioner concentration, as well as a doctorate program in Nursing Practice.
