King University Invites Community to Join in Candlelight Christmas Caroling Event Nov. 10

BRISTOL, Tenn., Nov. 2, 2016 – The King University Music Department is hosting a candlelight Christmas caroling event on Thursday, Nov. 10 at 6 p.m. The event will take place on the Oval on the main campus in Bristol, Tenn. The public is encouraged to participate.

“As part of the celebration of King University’s 150th anniversary, we are excited to host this Christmas caroling event,” says W. Patrick Flannagan, professor of Music and director of choral activities at King University. “This will be the first event of its kind at King. Please join us to make this a truly regional event and help King University celebrate this milestone anniversary as part of the entire Bristol community.”

The caroling will take place on the Oval in the middle of the campus. Parking is free, and no preparation is needed. Lyric sheets and candles will be provided to everyone. Following the event, King’s dining services will provide some light refreshments.
