Charlotte Hornets vs Orlando Magic Game Site for King University Alumni Gathering March 10

BRISTOL, Tenn., Feb. 6, 2017 – King University alumni are invited to take to the court in Charlotte, N.C., on Friday, March 10. Alumni will gather for a reception at 5 p.m. in the Spectrum Center, home of the Charlotte Hornets, after which they will watch as the NBA’s Hornets take on the Orlando Magic. Tipoff is at 7 p.m. The event is held in continued celebration of King University’s 150th anniversary.

“We are extremely excited for this opportunity we have for our alumni,” said Dana K. McMurray, director of alumni relations at King University. “The Charlotte Hornets are rolling out the red carpet for us. We are having a reception in the arena before the doors are open to the public. President Whitaker, and his wife, Maria, will be in attendance. We look forward to having all Charlotte alumni attend this event.”
