This year Dogwood Weekend events will include King’s Theatre Department’s production of “The Tale of the Mandarin Ducks” based on the book by King’s own alumna Katherine Paterson, and the choral production of “The True Story of Cinderella.” There will also be presentation of the Dogwood Court and King and Queen on the Oval, parade of the Court, along with the Dogwood Ball. Former Dogwood Kings and Queens are encouraged to attend and be recognized.
