King University News :: Open House to be Held July 17 at King University’s Knoxville Campus

BRISTOL, Tenn. July 1, 2014 – King University will host an Open House on Thursday, July 17 from 5 - 7 p.m. at the University’s Knoxville campus located at The Village at Hardin Valley at 10950 Spring Bluff Way, Knoxville, Tenn. 

“Our GPS program is tailored to reduce the challenges facing the adult learner,” stated Kristi Reynolds, assistant vice president of GPS Enrollment Management Knoxville for King University. “Time and access is often a barrier for students to finish their degrees. By offering classes in convenient locations, one night per week, the working adult may obtain their degree in as little as 16 months and open the door for professional advancement.”

This Open House will provide  the opportunity to meet one-on-one with faculty, financial aid counselors, enrollment counselors, career center counselors, and tour King’s recently expanded Knoxville campus. 

GPS degree offerings for King’s Hardin Valley campus include undergraduate degrees in Applied Science, Business Administration, Communication, Criminal Justice, Education Licensure, English, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, History, Information Technology, Interdisciplinary Studies, Nursing, Psychology, and Religious Studies. Also offered are master’s programs in Business Administration, Education, and Nursing, as well as a doctorate program in Nursing Practice.

“Whether it is a personal goal or a step toward furthering their career, King is making it easier for working adults throughout the region in their quest to obtain their degree,” said Reynolds. “
