King University News :: King Receives 40 Under Forty Award

Every year since 1993, The Business Journal of Tri-Cities Tennessee/Virginia honors the region's top young business professionals. Greg King, recently appointed assistant vice president for enrollment management traditional undergraduate for King College, was among this year's award recipients. King previously served as the College's director of undergraduate recruitment and admissions since 2008. He is a 2003 graduate of King College.

The 40 Under Forty award recipients are 39 years of age or younger, live and work in East Tennessee or Southwest Virginia, are involved in their communities and show the potential to be a leader in the business community during the next decade.

The 2011 honorees were inducted into the highly respected group during a gala on Oct. 28 and will be featured in the magazine's November issue.

Other King College recipients of the 40 Under Forty designation include LeAnn Hughes, vice president of marketing and development; Jim Donahue, vice president for business operations and chief financial officer; and Micah Crews, associate vice president for enrollment management GPS/online.
