Tech Support
All full-time traditional undergraduate King College students receive a laptop computer as
part of their tuition. If you experience any difficulties with your laptop, the
technical support staff is available to help you.
Technical Support
The Information Technology Help Desk can answer many of your questions regarding your laptop or other software issues.
Location: Sells Hall, Room 107
Hours:
- Monday thru Friday: 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to midnight
- Saturday: 8 a.m. to noon and 4 p.m. to midnight
- Sunday: noon to midnight.
IBM Tech Support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in 17 languages at no charge by calling 1-800-IBM-SERV (1-800-426-7378).
If you need further assistance, you may consult with an Information Technology Student Worker in one of the campus computing labs or call 423-652-6019.
