Any student who will have a credit balance for the semester is eligible to purchase books via an e-Campus book voucher. The Business Office issues book vouchers 3 weeks prior to the beginning of the semester, for only accepted financial aid. If a student account will reflect a credit balance due to the excess financial aid awards and payments, then the book voucher is provided to students who have made this request. Students may submit a book voucher via the student portal.
The voucher is sent to e-Campus and the student can then order books by using the financial aid payment method on the e-Campus site. The voucher can only be available for a maximum of $800. Once the books have been purchased, if the full amount of the voucher has not been utilized, then e-Campus will refund the student for the remaining credit due.
