Mission and Scope
The Security and Intelligence Studies Journal is an international field-based academic periodical publishing the finest of undergraduate research on intelligence, security, terrorism and counterterrorism, geopolitics, and international relations. As a student-led scholarly publication, the Security and Intelligence Studies Journal is committed to highlighting outstanding undergraduate research that critically examines the current domestic and international security landscape.
In our globalized society it is important, now more than ever, to work together to solve our common problems. The Security and Intelligence Studies Journal seeks cooperation across multiple disciplines from undergraduate students worldwide, who have an interest in the security of the global community of which we are all a part.
In order to submit their work for consideration, authors must not possess a graduate (i.e. postgraduate) degree --though they can be enrolled in a graduate (i.e. postgraduate) program at the time of submission.
The Security and Intelligence Studies Journal aims to allow young scholars to prepare for careers in academia, journalism, government, or the private sector. By providing an outlet for reasoned intellectual study, we hope to ignite a blaze of future success.
