Research Opportunities
All psychology majors conduct original research with most being presented at regional undergraduate or national professional conferences. Recent majors have presented at the following conferences.

Internship Opportunities
All students majoring in psychology are encouraged to enroll in internships in clinical, business, or government settings. Recently, majors have successfully completed internships at organizations including:

Honor Society
Psi Chi is the national honor society in psychology, founded in 1929 and an active chapter has been present at King College since 1994. The purpose of Psi Chi is to encourage, stimulate, and maintain excellence in scholarship and advancing the science of psychology. Membership is open to graduate and undergraduate men and women who are making the study of psychology one their major interests and who meet the minimum qualifications (as defined at www.psichi.org). Psi Chi is a member of the Association of College Honor Societies and is an affiliate of the American Psychological Association and the Association for Psychological Science. |
