How to request a new password

Please fill out the following information for us to make changes to your network account.  Several key items, such as Social Security Number and Date of Birth will help us confirm your identity and keep other people from changing your password.

Please allow 24 hours for this request to be completed.

Attention Freshmen:  Your network accounts and passwords will be distributed at your First Year Seminar session.  Please do not use this form unless you have already logged in!

Please remember:

  • The password must be different from any of the last 10 passwords you have used.
  • Capitalization DOES matter, so make sure you remember how you type the password.  
  • The password MUST be at least 5 characters long and no more than 15.
