King College’s Business Office offers a variety of services for faculty, staff and students.

The Business Office is located in the first floor of the Administration Building, below the E.W. King Library. Please contact Business office staff members with issues regarding:

The Business Office is pleased to announce several new services that will make it easier for students to handle their financial matters on campus. The information below describes and provides authorization forms and requirements for some of the new services.

New Payment Plan

Parents King College is pleased to announce a new payment plan which will make paying for tuition easier.

Instead of writing a monthly check, simply sign-up for a deferred payment plan with FACTS Tuition Management Company. FACTS payment plan accommodates down payments and monthly payments. The monthly payment will be automatically debited from your bank account or charged to your credit card on the 5th of each month. This helps you easily budget the monthly payments for tuition and related expenses.  Please click on the logo below to set up your FACTS account.

New ATM service

A First Tennessee Bank Automated Teller Machine (ATM) has been installed in the Student Center Complex. The ATM will allow you to withdraw cash at your convenience. First Tennessee Bank accountholders and Payroll Cardholders will not be charged a fee to use the ATM.

Student Forms

• Direct deposit: Your net pay will be automatically deposited into your checking or savings account. You’ll have immediate access to your money on payday.

• Visa Payroll Card: Your net pay will be automatically deposited into a payroll card. Described as a “checkless account,” the Visa Payroll Card is very similar to a checking account/gift card in that you can use your card to purchase items at any location where Visa is accepted. You will have free withdrawals at any First Tennessee ATM. This is a great option if you prefer not to set up a bank account.

Insurance Waiver Form: 

Student Medical Insurance may be waived my completing the waiver form at www.studentassist.com using password 0602 by August 22, 2007.  Students who fail to respond by the deadline will be enrolled in the plan.  You will not be permitted to waive coverage, or remove the charges after August 22, 2007.

The student injury insurance plan may not be waived regardless of other coverage.
